BDVal is a modular program with several utilities (called BDVal modes) implemented to perform different tasks. Running a BDVal mode requires providing parameters on the command line. Some command line parameters are shared by all BDVal modes (such as the input file parameter).  Modes can also require other specific parameters. BDVal is  written in the Java language, we provide extensive API documentation in the JavaDoc format.
