We are developing the G Protein-Coupled Receptor Oligomerization Knowledge Base (GPCR-OKB) in collaboration with Marta Filizola’s laboratory (at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine). The following links provide access to the knowledge base (first released publicly in 2010, [2]) and the ontology (published in 2007, see [1]).
- The GPCR-OKB: The G Protein Coupled Receptor – Oligomerization Knowledge Base (created in 2010)
- The Ontology: The Information Scheme of GPCR-OKB (created in 2007, see [1])
