Starting with release 1.5, NextflowWorbench makes it easier to execute workflows in a Cloud cluster directly from the workbench. In order to submit your workflows on a selected cluster, you must obtain access to the cluster by the person that provisioned it.

To configure your submissions to a Cloud cluster, open the workflow.config node in the workflow model and use auto-completion to select sge as workflow executor. Then, press enter on the placeholder to create a new remote submission and insert the following settings:

  • username = ubuntu
  • hostname = <use IP address of the front-end>
  • jobarea = /home/ubuntu
  • key file = ${user.home}/.ssh/id_rsa
